We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our facility in San Francisco, CA.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Please check during checkout if your address is eligible for delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) and handle all customs documentation. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium motorcycle apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you get exactly what you need.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All helmets (Full Face, Modular, Open Face)
- Helmet Shields & Accessories
- Custom or special order items
- Leather Jackets
These items may only be returned if defective or damaged during shipping.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Authorization: Our gear specialists will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice
- Ship Your Return: Send to our California facility using a trackable method (address below)
Return Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect:
- US Customers: $8.95 return label available upon request
- International: We recommend using your local postal service with tracking
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
- Credit Card: Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing
- PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours
Exchange Process
For size exchanges or different products:
- Follow standard return procedures
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply)
Note: International customers may need to pay additional duties for exchanged items.
