Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Helmets (Full Face, Modular, Open Face)
  • Helmet Shields & Accessories
  • Custom or special order Leather Jackets
These items may only be returned if defective or damaged during shipping.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return:

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our gear specialists will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our California facility (address below) using a trackable method

Return Shipping Options

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect:

  • US Customers: $8.95 return label available upon request
  • International: We recommend using your local postal service with tracking

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Credit Card: Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different products:
