How do I choose the right size for riding gear?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts with measurements. For jackets and pants, we recommend measuring your chest/waist and comparing to our charts. Helmets require head circumference measurements. When in doubt between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort with protective gear. Remember our 15-day return policy allows for exchanges if needed.
Are your products CE-certified?
Many of our products, especially armor, gloves, and jackets, feature CE-certified protection. Look for the CE certification badge on product pages or filter by “CE Certified” in our menu. Our sport riding gear meets or exceeds industry safety standards.

What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:
- Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate worldwide): Via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by shipping method:
- Express: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Standard: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a no-hassle 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return:

- We’ll provide return instructions and authorization
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! We’re happy to help with size exchanges. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] to arrange an exchange. You’ll just need to return the original item (following our return policy), and we’ll ship the new size once we receive it. For faster service, you may place a new order for the correct size while returning the original.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
